Q. CAN YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST VISIT?

A. Yes. We fill all of our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and the important tools to perform our repair service. If we need to return at a later time to complete a repair, there will be no add-on service cost. We estimate that we finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments after the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the technician to be at your home or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive within the earlier portion of our scheduled timeframe. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes a lot longer than anticipated, this allows the technician some time to arrive on schedule in the service window. Our repairmen call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
